SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At this time, we only ship domestically. All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed, and submitted to USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.

SALES TAX

All orders shipping to a Chicago address are subject to a 10.25% sales tax fee.
